History
of
Our Church
New Covenant Ministries &
Fellowship was
founded in 2001 in Charleston, SC, by Rev. Gladys Martinez-Weydert,
directly after her ordination. We started on the Internet, offering
ministerial eduction and free ordination to qualified candidates. To
date, we have ordained over 50 members and have chartered over a
dozen churches.
In addition, NCMF's marriage Ministry, New
Covenant Weddings, is an enormously successful wedding ceremony ministry in Charleston, and to date, we have married over 700 happy
couples. Each couple receives a personally written wedding ceremony, as well as a lovely keepsake certificate,
and a Gospel of John. We are, first and foremost, a ministry.
NCMF
had been offline for about 1 year, but we are bringing her back with
great joy, hope and promise. It is our prayer that God will bless us
with new friends who wish to study with us and praise Him, no matter
what the location, and that all that we do will bring Him glory.
